"A better town for Teenagers". For doing it, you can:
1. Make a list of the ideas you want to express...
(plan your writing):

* Say what the environmental - social problems are.
* Say what people might do.
* Say what people should or shouldn't do.
* Think of a positive ending for your mini-article.
2. Language/writing aspects:
- Grammar use: present simple, will/won't - might/might not for predictions, should/shouldn't for possibilities.
- Simple structure: subject + verb + complement.
- Look for useful vocabulary you need, spelling,
punctuation rules, etc.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Sarah Diab, I live in Tunja, a city of the departament of Boyacá, in Colombia, in the Mespotamia neighbourhood, and there are some social problems with the teenagers.
First I'm going to talk you about the problems that are in my neibourhood with the teenagers:
The teenagers want to be free and don't be supervised by someone, they want to go out when they want and where they want, they want to be only with their girlfriends or boyfriends, they dress with crazy and neon colors clothes and they fight when you say "no" when they want to go out.
Second I'm going to say you some solutions with this problems in our town and neighbourhood: Sometimes you will say "yes", but not always, you have to stop their rebel and say "no", and you have to trate they well, and they shouldn't fight with you.
Tunja will be more pacive and the teenagers are going to be good and don't forget you because one town with peace and love is a beautiful town.

The ambiental problems in my city are:
Littered streets, rivers full of garbage, the smoke of factories, pollution, smoke from cigarettes.
People can recycle, we can put garbage in the streets to haiga not littering the streets, do not throw garbage in the rivers, try not haiga such fabrics to avoid fumes, can leave the cars in houses and single them out for when they go on vacation, youth and adults puedwen quit or avoid smoking.
Howrah Tunja in more beautiful, not comtaminada, is clean smoke free, people can breathe clean air, people can walk the streets which are clean, people smiling, people are happy.

First the environmental problems in my city are:
People pollute water of the rivers.
People cut down trees or some forest.
In some places there is much noise pollution.
People launch rubbish on the streets underside of recycling.
People not take care about how preservate the ecosystem.
People not take care about what can happen in the future to the send animals to extinction.
Second,people Second,people might not pollute the water in rivers and in the ocean.
People might preserve the forest and the trees.
People might talk whithout shouting all the time.

First, the problems in my city are that people pollute rivers, people throw litter in the street instead recycling, people use cars every day, there is a lot of traffic jams and that people cut down trees but they don´t plant others.
Secondly,I hava some ideas to help with this problems. People might not throw rubbish and other things, people might recycle the rubbish instead throwing it in the street. People might walk or use bycycles, or maybe people might share cars if they live near one to other,and when people cut down trees they might plant others.
Finally if we do it Tunja will be better, it will be more healthy,it will be more beautiful and a better town for teenagers.

The problems in my city are differents. Im going to talk about social and enviromental problems.
Social
The teenangers want to be free and for explain that, they want to be crazies for show to the people that if they want they can.
They think that make some damages is a simbol that show that they are free.
They think only in the parties and in the love but they don't think in the school or in learn something for they life.
Enviromental
The teenangers don't think in what might can happen in the future.
Know are a lot of trafic jams. A lot of rubbish in the streets. Not take care of what can happen in teh future to send the animals to extintion. Not use the water for tings thet we need. Cut down trees. Not preserbate ecosystem.
If the teenangers want to be a different city in the future they might do:
People might not use the car all days.
People might recycled.
People might use the water for only things that they realy need.
People might not cut down trees.
People might think in what can happen in the future.

People shouldn't throw rubbish into the rivers.

People should respects the rules.

i am Juan Andrés Echeveerría, writing from Tunja. I am going to say what are the problems in our city:
-I think that we need more teenagers´s clothes outlets.
-I think that our mayor,governer an president don´t thinks in what the teenagers need.
-I think that there should be more sports contests and tournaments for teenagers.
-more parks.
-more picnic country places.
-more attention centers for teenagers.
I think that the people should think for us like people not like a cargo in the society,they shouldnt think only in places for adults and they should care the enviroment.

I will tell you about the pollution in my city:
Peolpe use the car followed. People also cut down the trees. People throw waste into the rivers. People on the rides throw things left over in the parks and natural forests. People on the rides throw things left over in the parks and natural forests.
Now the recommendations for the citizens of my city to the environment.
People should use the car and more bicycles. Should recycle paper for the environment. We should do a campaign for recycling in the rivers.
We finally have our city without pollution, in the future if we did these recommendations. Besides the adolesentes and would live in a city more beautiful.

ReplyDeleteMy name is Diego. I live in Tunja, a great city at Colombia. My neighboorhood is called Los Muiscas, a neighboorhood in which the teenagers are happy with the different aspects, but I want to talk about a better TOWN for them.
In Tunja, there are a lot of traffic jams and constantly robes. Also, we have a lot of street problems or fights, and I include my neighboorhood, in which this happen at all time. Teenagers want to finish it now; they want in their town freedom.
In the environmental topic, in my town there`s a lot of litter that sometimes people drop in street, sometimes, in picnics.
People might not fight in the streets, because that affects the convivence and, the peace, and it can make problems in the society. This can help to all of us to be very good friends. Also, people might not drop litter, because teenagers want a fresh town, to continue growing in peace. Teenagers want a really funny town. People might make mor sports centers in which teenagers can meet and be really good friends, to doesn`t cause any problem. At sports, teenagers want extreme and funny like that, so, people might not forget the skateboarding or the rollingskating. Also, for finishing this part, teenagers want to meet and continue growing up with their friends, so, they want funny places to meet.
If people do that, all the teenagers will be friends, and they, can make to all people friends.

Firs:
The environment is polluted, there is smoke.
Smoke from cars.
There alot of trffics jamps.
People fight.
people throw a lot of garbage and sewers be come clogged.
Second:
To improve our city should stop smoking, stop the car one day at home, stop fighting, stop voting trash into the street and dump it in a trash can not on the floor.
Finaly:
If we all do that we have a better future for young people and for ourselves, so working is for your good and for all, if you do this you will be a better person.

ReplyDeletemy name is Gabriela Mendoza Pico . I live in Tunja , my neighborhood is called Terazas of Santa Ines, a neighborhood in whit the teenagers are happy becouse in the neighborhood have many parks but the parks have rubbish and the attractions are damaged.
The city have a very big problem ,this problem is the city have much traffic ,this traffic for jams. The cars ,bus and trucks damage road, the government needs to build more highwasy, other problem is that there are too many cars parkedon the streets.
We might build a zoo , the guards teach a help the animals and care . We might make a new park , this párk have space for horseback riding and sidewalks for dogs , cat an other animals.

In Terrazas De Santa Ines neighborhood, I love my neighborhood but there are some problems that I like to solucionate.
In my neighborhood there aren't many problems of contamination, but the problem is that in my neighborhood the neighbors aren't so united and this a problem because the neighbors don't share so much time and this affects in the taking of decisions or in the coexistence among if. But the problem isn't alone the neighborhood is also to think of the city or the departament that are very bad regarding to enviromental problems, for example one day I traveled to a small town and there was a great park full with bags and boxes. I think it's bad for all the people taht live there. And there are a lot of problems like this.
So people:
Should recicle or pick up all the rubbish.
Shouldn't waste the water and the electricity.
Might make campaigns.
Shouldn't use the car all the days.
Or things like that, but I think that we won't change an entire city or an entire department I think we should begin making a change but small as in the neighborhood, because with a small change we can make a great difference then to change the neighborhood
we:
Might make bazaars or campaigns to gather funds to fix our parks or streets.
Shouldn't be long with the showers or close the water tap when it isn't nesessary, the same with the electricity.
Might one Sunday not use the car and to go to the park because making this helps to the environment and the neighbors can share so much time but together it is helped to the taking of decisions to improve our neighborhood.
Should sow a tree in the parks and to take care of it to see it grow.
Might every month can make a gathering of clothes or toys in good state to donate.
If we do it the neighborhood will be better in all the aspects, and if the neighborhood change probably the city can change.

I like Tunja just that there are problems to solve:
Some of the problems of pollution in Tunja is, such a day I saw a person who boto trash in the street and nothing happened. Other problems in Tunja is that people do not like to walk and ride bicicleta and for example to go to the corner using the car. The solution:
One of the solutions of the environment is that people do not see a trash if I could save around in your pocket. And the second problem is that we are lazy we are doing a bad environment, I also walk if we are doing something good for us.
If we do this in the future the children will have a cleaner airen and not have problems with water and if people recycle trash should all be happy and our grandchildren would be proud for taking care our planet.I liked the idea that this day is Thursday 24 without a car.

The problems in my neighborHood are the insecurity, the air pollution, lack of parks and the car noises. It is very annoy that the cars pass in front of my house and wake me up.
For these problems people might ask for a police station that will protect us of thieves; people shouldn´t throw garbage on the streets and they might put a big container so people can put the garbage into this.
If we want our town to be clean, teenagers shouldn´t throw garbage on the streets.
If teenagers take care of our town, it will be clean and pretty for other people.

first: the felling of trees, traffic jams, pollution of rivers, damaged roads, insecurity, drug addicts, Alcoholics, graffiti on walls, air pollution, protesters of the UPTC etc.
second for my solutions are that there is more safety than a day that the only means of transport is the bicycle skateboard skates etc, and to improve safety at night in unsafe neighborhoods to prevent more graffiti and do not boten more waste into rivers and that is more police on public universities to prevent student protests and if trees are planted are cut twice as many trees cut down and that people who break the rules are fined the sum of 700,000 thousand weights

Tunja is becoming very unsafe.Insecurity, drugaddicts, Alcoholics, graffiti on walls, air pollution, protesters of taxi drivers,the felling of trees, traffic jams, pollution of rivers, damaged. roads,Other problems in Tunja is that people do not like to walk and ride Bicycle and for example:people use car for all. In my opinion has to be in the future cabletrain. People should`nt cut trees not in the city, in old the word. There can may be more police in the city. I also walk if we are doing something good for us. If we do this in the future the children will have a cleaner airen and not have problems with water and if people recycle trash should all be happy. ReplyDeleteI live in Tunja city, department of Boyacá in Colombia. In my town, the people are not friends of the environment. They maight not respect its inhabitants. Maybe if they respect the other people they do not destroyed their environment. Might in the future, we won`t take any ecosistems, plants, animals, water and our planet. Might in the future we won`t exist and your children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, etc, won`t have any that we have right now. Can you imagine in a distant planet where there is not water, plants, animals...? So, you should take care your future.
