My own version of the story!

Hi all!  

Hope you are doing well! For this activity you will write about the music video we watched in last classes. Post your comments before August 1st!

1. Write your own version of the story in the music video we watched last classes. Try to use a short tale's writing structure: introduction, body and conclusion.

Introduction: it usually offers something that changes / affects / motivates the characters of the story to overcome a situation.

Body: it usually reveals how the characters move toward overcoming the situation.

Conclusion: it has to do with facing one difficult choice and decides one correct option while working out of the situation.

2. Write a paragraph for each one of the parts mentioned above, giving your own ideas to tell the story. Your story must have 150 words at least.


3. Language/writing aspects:

- Simple sentence structure: subject + verb + complement.

- Look for useful vocabulary you need.
- Check grammar, spelling, punctuation rules, etc.

Composing about a topic!

Hi all!  

Hope you are doing well! For this activity you will write about the topic you like the most. Post your comments before July 15th!

1. Write a composition about one of the following topics, talking about their advantages or disadvantages. 

a. using the internet.

b. playing computer games.

c. mobile phones.

2. Write short paragraphs giving your own ideas about the selected topic. Remember to use linking words, such as: because of, in addition, on the other hand, to sum up inside your text in a coherent way.

3. Language/writing aspects:

- Simple sentence structure: subject + verb + complement.

- Look for useful vocabulary you need.
- Check grammar, spelling, punctuation rules, etc.
